1. Give thanks to your body everyday for everything your body does for you
2. Take 2 mins each day to connect with your breath by simply breathing in and out gently and quietly
3. Drink at least 3 litres of alkaline water daily
4. Stay active everyday; exercise, do yoga, take a walk, lift weights (shopping counts too! *wink*)
5. Be mindful of what you eat (& drink!)
6. Listen to your body
7. Seize the day
