• How to cook with our Cashew Cream Cheese

    We have been getting a lot of queries regarding our yummy Cashew Cream Cheese, especially how to eat it and with what. So here's a recipe you can try with our Cashew Cream! Bon appetite!

    Cashew Cream Cheese Broccoli Pasta

    Serves 1


    100g Spaghetti or Pasta of your choice

    80g Broccoli cut into small florets

    Cashew Cream Cheese Sauce

    1/4 Chopped Organic Onion

    1 clove Chopped Organic Garlic 

    2 Tbs Olive Oil

    3 Tbs HEA Cashew Cream Cheese

    100ml Organic Soy Milk or Milk of your choice

    2 pinch Sea Salt

    1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper



    1. Carefully fill a larger pot three-quarters of the way up with water, add a tiny pinch of salt and bring to boil
    2. Cook spaghetti or pasta of your choice according to packet instructions
    3. Once the pasta is almost done, cook broccoli in the same pot and blanch for 20 seconds or until cooked
    4. Once pasta and broccoli is cooked, drain in a colander over the sink and tip the pasta back into the pot. Set aside
    5. Put a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes or until garlic becomes a light golden brown color
    6. Add cashew cream cheese then slowly pour in soy milk and mix with spatula
    7. Cook until on the brink of boil, then add pasta with broccoli into the pan and mix through
    8. Add salt to taste
